INDIAN OUTFIT POSES FOR THE LOVABLE IG POSTS

The festive and wedding season is always on in India and we girls can’t do without getting clicked in indianwear attire…that would be such a waste of effort, makeup, and outfit. So here is your quick guide to striking a pose in front of the camera for that edgy Instagram picture.

SAREE

1)THE CLASSIC: Hold your pleats from the top, and look at the floor. This is the sassiest pose to make the saree look beautiful

2) THE ELEGANT: Grab a chair and sit in the balcony or sit near a window. This pose looks best with a cotton saree or simple sarees like jamdani saree or hand block print saree.

3)THE FILMY: Enjoy the rain whether or not it is pouring. The pose sits perfectly for a chiffon saree or a georgette saree.

4) THE SENSUAL: This is the best way to flaunt your designer blouse. Turn your back towards the camera and pose.

LEHENGA/ANARKALI/SKIRTS

1)RUNAWAY BRIDE: If sneakers can be paired with almost every outfit like dress, skirts, pants then why not try to experiment with them with a lehenga.

2)THE DRAMA: Works best for voluminous lehengas and skirts. Hold both ends of the skirt and release when the camera clicks. You might need a few takes before getting the perfect shot.

3)THE  TWIRL: Set your camera on shutter mode and start twirling. This is an easy pose that almost anybody can pull.

DUPATTA

We could write a whole book on dupatta and saree styling. Various fashion bloggers on instagram like komal pandey, Roshni bhatia are creative with each and every piece of clothing.

1)COVER IT UP: You got to cover your dupatta like a blanket if the dupatta is the most attractive thing in your outfit, specially if the rest of the outfit is simple and plain.Don’t shy away from hiding  the beautiful zari embroidery or the Gota Patti work on your dupatta

2)GO WITH FLOW: 1..2..3.. Throw the dupatta in the air and let the magic happen.

3)THE VIEL: Cover your head with the dupatta or wear a viel. Best suitable for thin fabrics like net and chiffon.

4)THE MOP STYLE: Hold the du[patta in one hand or wear it around your forearm. This makes a beautifully elegant pose in a salwar suit set.
