At Kyeth, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original labels and tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different item. One of our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process. However, we do not provide refund/return on any product sold, only exchange (once per order) can be done for a different item or size. No return/exchange/refund can be provided on any items purchased on sale offering 30% or more discount

We will arrange a reverse pick up and shall send another piece after receiving your item. Since we provide free shipping only once, INR 200 will be deducted as return pick-up and reshipping from the customer’s credit amount for the item/order that is being replaced.
