Domestic Delivery

- We generally procure and ship the items within 2-3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
- The estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. It gets covered within 4-5 days maximum.
- We provide free shipping on COD (Cash on delivery) and online prepaid orders for the customers in India.
- All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
- Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. Shipping
International orders are all shipped International Priority with our carrier. Estimated shipping time is within 12-15 business days, however, this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.
Rates
When it comes to international orders, you will be charged INR 2000 per order. Orders delivered to addresses outside India may be subject to extra taxes, charges, or fees which are acknowledged by the local office of the destination place.
Custom Duties
The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
CANCELLATIONS

- For prepaid orders,please notify us within 24 hrs of placing your order.The refund will be made on the same source the payment was made on. Please note that refund can take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
